The maker ribbon
The Foundry
Invitation. Agreement. Not a public climb.
Bring us a piece. If it ships, you share the profit, by name, on the product. You can hold Keep and Haus ribbons too. Foundry is a third ribbon.
The terms
You build it, we ship it, you share
One deal, stated plainly.
20% of net
On your SKU only. Net means revenue minus COGS, shipping, fees and actual refunds.
Fifty-fifty of net
When you also put in funding, supply, or ads.
One or two free units
Per run of your product, more at landed cost.
Your name on the product
Name x Trinket & Gift on that SKU.
A collab collection page
For the run, with its own shelf in the shop.
A seat in the Founders Lounge
Always seated. One concept on the shortlist per year.
A direct line to the house
Not a ticket queue.
Better-of rules
Keep and Haus perks keep resolving by the same better-of rules.
The fine print
Read this part too
The unglamorous lines, up front:
Runs that do not move can be ended. That is the run ending, not you.
A miss does not demote you. There is no rank to lose.
Returns claw back share. Payouts sit 60 to 90 days, or on request after day 60.
Inventing is a pitch away. The Foundry reads everything. If the fit is right, the next note you get is an agreement.
Yappin is Haus. Inventing is Foundry. Only Foundry shares profit.
One login, three ribbons
The rest of the house
Gifted, for shoppers
The Keep ladder, season cards, your shelf. Ribbons that never reset.
The Haus, for creators
Proof of work, not spend. Your code, your wrapped drops, your Gallery page.
